Balaji Subramanian is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Balaji advises companies and private equity funds on all aspects of UK, European, and international antitrust matters, and on obtaining foreign investment approvals. He has also represented clients on complex antitrust litigation proceedings at the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

His experience covers several industry sectors, with a focus on technology, life sciences, and media.

Prior to joining Latham, Balaji worked as a managing associate in the antitrust and foreign investment practice of a Magic Circle firm.
