Austin Porter is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Austin interned with the Department of Justice’s US Trustee Program working on bankruptcy regulation. During law school, Austin served as a Senior Editor for the Loyola Consumer Law Review, a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Contracts, and acted as a clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic advising non-profit organizations and technology startups.
