Ashley Rose

Ashley Rose is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Rose represents public and private companies and private equity funds in leveraged financings. She represents borrowers in connection with such financing transactions, with particular focus on acquisition finance and syndicated credit facilities.

She has handled first-lien, second-lien and mezzanine financings, cross-border financings, and certain distressed financings.
