Ashley Campfield is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and M&A Practice.
Ashley advises both public and private companies, primarily in the technology and life sciences industries, on M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.
In addition to her commercial work, Ashley serves as an office leader of the Women’s Lawyer Group.
Ashley received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, Ashley served on the executive board of Virginia Law Women, was an editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, and participated in the Environmental Law and Community Engagement Clinic.
