Arun Mohan is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Mohan represents public and private life sciences companies in various commercial and intellectual property transactions, including commercial licenses and agreements with universities, hospitals, and non-profit entities.
He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the life sciences field.
Mr. Mohan maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers and transgender individuals.
Prior to law school, Mr. Mohan worked for several years in the clinical research industry conducting audits of phase III trials.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Mohan was a patent litigator focusing on Hatch-Waxman litigation.
Mr. Mohan serves on the firm’s Asian & Middle Eastern Lawyers Group.
