Ariel Woldar supports the firm on employee benefits, executive compensation, tax, and employment. Ms. Woldar also manages the Executive Compensation team’s thought leadership initiatives to keep clients and colleagues up to date on relevant legal changes.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Woldar worked in knowledge management to support a different law firm on executive compensation and employee benefits. Before that, she practiced in the executive compensation and employee benefits groups at various law firms.
