Ariel Robbins-Rothman is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Ariel is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, with a focus on equity derivatives and equity-linked products, including convertible and exchangeable note issuances and related hedging overlays, structured share repurchase transactions, hedging and monetization transactions, and margin loans.
Ariel maintains an active pro bono practice, representing non-profit entities in transactional pro bono matters.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ariel was a summer associate in the New York office.
