Ari Anderson

Ari Anderson is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ari advises clients in complex debt and equity capital markets transactions, including liability management transactions, and has been involved in investment grade and high yield debt offerings as well as primary and secondary equity offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, he worked as an associate in the capital markets group of another preeminent international law firm.
