Arash Lotfi is a tax associate in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Transactional Tax Practice. 

Arash advises clients on domestic and cross-border private and public company tax matters, including complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, formation and structuring of private investment funds across a wide range of strategies, structuring, reorganization and sales of sponsor companies, and sponsor-led secondaries and other similar transactions.
