Anya Tirelli is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Finance Department and the Private Equity Finance Practice.
Ms. Tirelli’s practice includes representing sponsors and borrowers in secured lending and other financing transactions, including acquisition financings, cash-flow and asset-based loans, subordinated debt facilities, and fund lines of credit.
