Antione Hudson Jr. advises domestic and international private and public companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and strategic investments across a range of industries, including technology, sports, and entertainment.

Prior to joining Latham, Antione was an associate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., and before that worked as a corporate associate in New York with another international law firm. He earned his JD from Howard University School of Law.
