Anna Olsson

Anna Olsson is a finance associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Anna represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on debt financing transactions across their lifecycle. Anna also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and researching citizenship issues impacting intercountry adoptees.

While in law school, Anna served as a legal intern for Judge Bruce M. Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and Justice Serge Georges Jr. of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
