Anna Molina is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Anna represents investment and commercial banks, direct lenders, and private credit funds in a range of finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings, private credit financings and asset-based lending transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Anna was a banking and finance associate at another leading law firm.

While attending law school, Anna served as editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul Wooten at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Term in New York County, and a legal extern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General. After graduation, Anna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul Wooten at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Term in Kings County, and the Appellate Division for the Second Department.
