Anna Kullmann is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Kullmann represents public and private companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience advising claimants and defendants on competition disputes, including class actions. 

Ms. Kullmann represents clients from the automobile, technology, entertainment, and financial sectors in proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Ms. Kullmann maintains an active pro bono practice, advising clients at the Royal Courts of Justice self-representation unit.

Ms. Kullmann’s experience includes advising: 

  • A leading automobile manufacturer on follow-on damages claims and class actions arising from a decision of the European Commission in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal*
  • Members of a world famous punk group in a contract dispute with another band member in the High Court*

  • A patent owner in a competition and intellectual property rights dispute with a global manufacturer*
  • An investment management group in relation to the breach of a settlement agreement before the High Court*
  • A leading national manufacturer in proceedings against addressees of a European Commission infringement decision in the High Court*
