Anna Van den Ackerveken is an associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department. Anna previously worked as an associate at a white-shoe firm in its London office. Anna has advised on a wide range of finance and capital markets transactions. Anna has advised on a broad range of finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings and project finance.

    • On its US$50 million revolving credit facility with a syndicate of banks
    • In connection with the issuance of US$600 million 7.250% senior notes due 2030
    • On its US$158 million export credit agency covered facility
    • On its US$30 million facility with British International Investment plc

  • A real estate developer on the development of an ultra-high tech megaproject in Saudi Arabia
  • e& in connection with several of its banking transactions
  • Qatari LNG exporter and its subsidiaries on a broad range of financing and refinancing matters
  • On financing from First Abu Dhabi Bank in connection with the re-construction of the Cheval Blanc Hotel in the Seychelles
  • On the joint venture and build-transfer-operate (BTO) arrangements for the development of three hyperscale data centers
  • A GCC giga-project on a broad range of regulatory matter
  • Canyon Capital in a €175 million subordinated term loan facility to FlixMobility*
  • Garrett Motion on a non-US collateral matters in connection with chapter 11 restructuring*
  • The sponsors in connection with US$35 billion LNG development in the Rovuma Basin (Mozambique)*
