- On financing from First Abu Dhabi Bank in connection with the re-construction of the Cheval Blanc Hotel in the Seychelles
- On the joint venture and build-transfer-operate (BTO) arrangements for the development of three hyperscale data centers
- A GCC giga-project on a broad range of regulatory matter
- Canyon Capital in a €175 million subordinated term loan facility to FlixMobility*
- Garrett Motion on a non-US collateral matters in connection with chapter 11 restructuring*
- The sponsors in connection with US$35 billion LNG development in the Rovuma Basin (Mozambique)*
