Anna Borsuk is an associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department. Ms. Borsuk previously worked as an associate at a white-shoe firm in its London office. Ms. Borsuk has advised on a wide range of finance and capital markets transactions. She primarily handles leveraged and acquisition financings, banking, and project finance.

Ms. Borsuk’s experience includes advising:

  • Qatari LNG exporter and its subsidiaries on a broad range of financing and refinancing matters
  • On financing from First Abu Dhabi Bank in connection with the re-construction of the Cheval Blanc Hotel in the Seychelles

  • A GCC giga-project on a broad range of regulatory matters

  • The sponsors in connection with US$35 billion LNG development in the Rovuma Basin (Mozambique)*

  • Reviewing and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, amendment and restatement agreements, security documents and deeds of release, managing the transaction, and drafting and reviewing other ancillary documents such as fee letters, instruction letters, legal opinions, and powers of attorney*
