Angie Ng is a partner in Latham’s global Antitrust & Competition Practice based in Singapore. Having previously worked in Sydney, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Singapore, she brings almost 20 years of firsthand regional experience to the most complex, high-stakes transactions and investigations. She plays a central role in expanding Latham’s Asia-Pacific antitrust capabilities from Singapore.

Angie represents clients before key Asia-Pacific authorities, including in Australia, mainland China, Hong Kong, and across Southeast Asia. She also guides clients through complex regulatory challenges by coordinating global merger control and foreign direct investment filings.

Before joining Latham, Angie led the Asia competition practice at another global law firm. Earlier in her career, she served in the Singapore diplomatic service, offering clients valuable insight into government decision-making and policy development. She also advised on the design and drafting of Hong Kong’s competition law.
