Angelos Nikolopoulos is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.
Angelos represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Angelos worked in London at leading global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan, where he focused on derivatives negotiations and leveraged finance transaction execution.
