Mr. Marcial currently serves on the firm’s Associates Committee and formerly served on the firm's Recruiting Committee (2021-2023) and as local co-leader of the Hispanic/Latin American Lawyers Group in New York (2023-2024). In addition, Mr. Marcial maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individuals fleeing persecution in their home countries with applying for asylum protections in the United States.
