Andy Yuan is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

While attending law school, he served as an associate editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics and as a board member of the Texas Federalist Society.

He also served as a team lead in the Mithoff Pro Bono Program’s Parole Project, providing more than 50 hours of pro bono legal service to help incarcerated women in their efforts to obtain parole.

Andy’s experience includes advising:

  • Macquarie on its 15-year LNG sale and purchase agreement with AMIGO LNG
  • Glencore on its strategic partnership with Kimmeridge Texas Gas and Commonwealth LNG
  • Golar LNG in its 2-vessel, 20-year FLNG development project in Argentina
  • Peak Reliability, LLC on all procurement and construction matters in connection with the development of a 230 MW power generation facility to be located in Texas
  • Tiger Infrastructure Partners in its investment in Bolder Industries
  • Blackstone Energy Transition Partners in its equity investment in Western LNG
  • Eco Material Technologies Inc. in its US$800 million term loan facility
