Andrew Rutsky is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Andrew represents public and private issuers and investment banks on corporate and securities matters in a range of global capital markets transactions. Andrew’s experience also includes advising corporate clients on public company reporting and other corporate transactions. 

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, representing low-income immigrants seeking asylum and visas in partnership with the National Immigrant Justice Center.

While in law school, Andrew externed at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
