Andrew Liu is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Andrew represents clients on corporate and capital markets transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in high-yield debt and equity offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Andrew earned his JD from New York University School of Law, where he was the senior developments editor of the NYU Journal of International Law & Politics.

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting individuals seeking asylum and advising organizations on climate change, migration, and international human rights issues.

Andrew’s experience includes representing:

  • Verisure plc in connection with its:
    • €3.6 billion initial public offering
    • €1 billion offering of senior secured PIK toggle notes
  • The underwriters in connection with the €550 million offering of senior secured notes by Allwyn
