Andrew Demick is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Structured Finance Practice.
Andrew's experience includes advising issuers, underwriters, mortgage servicers, and lenders on asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitization transactions.
Andrew received his JD and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending law school, Andrew provided pro bono assistance to local businesses through the school’s small business clinic and served as executive senior editor of the Southern California Law Review, Volume 96.
Prior to joining Latham, Andrew was an associate at another international law firm, where he focused on structured finance.
