Andrea Osborne Lee is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Data and Technology Transactions Practice.
Andrea advises emerging growth, mid-size, and public companies on a range of intellectual property and technology related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture-backed financings, capital markets offerings, commercial contracting, and licensing and outsourcing agreements.
Andrea maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans in attaining and increasing service-connected benefits from the US Department of Veterans Affairs. She also regularly advises tax-exempt organizations and small businesses with corporate governance matters.
Andrea earned her JD at USC Gould School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. While in law school, Andrea served as an executive senior editor for the Southern California Law Review. She was also president of the Business Law Society, and a member of the USC Gould Small Business Clinic, where she assisted early-stage companies with formation and various corporate matters.
Prior to law school, Andrea worked in enterprise-level technology sales and assisted with complex SaaS and on-premises implementations.
