Andrea Osborne Lee is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.
Andrea represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and emerging growth companies in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets offerings, and general corporate governance.
Andrea maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in US immigration and asylum cases in partnership with American Gateways.
Andrea earned her JD at USC Gould School of Law. While in law school, Andrea served as an executive senior editor for the Southern California Law Review. She was also president of the Business Law Society, and a member of the USC Gould Small Business Clinic, where she assisted early-stage companies with formation and various corporate matters.
Prior to law school, Andrea worked in enterprise-level technology sales.
