Before joining Latham, Andrea practiced in law firm and in-house settings and served as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, where she taught advanced courses on international business and trade law. A recognized thought leader, she has extensively presented before the Association of Corporate Counsel on securities and international law.
Andrea is a member of the Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance of Washington, D.C.; the Harvard Law School Alumni Association; and the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
