Ananya represents issuers, borrowers, underwriters, placement agents, lenders, funds, and investors in structured finance, secured lending, and asset securitization transactions.
She advises clients on a variety of transactions across energy, consumer loans, credit card receivables, fintech, and other emerging sectors. Ananya has also advised companies and banks through Chapter 11 proceedings involving structured products.
