    • KaylaRe on its initial US$620 million capital raise*
    • Premia Holdings on its initial US$510 million capital raise*
    • Fidelis Insurance Holdings on its initial US$1.5 billion capital raise*
  • Zimmer Financial Services Group on the sale of its specialty legacy insurance provider, Carrick Specialty Holdings

    • its €1 billion investment into an entity owning a portfolio of high-quality real estate assets in Northern Germany controlled by Vonovia
