Amy Thomas supports the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, with an emphasis on patent litigation procedure, trial management, and e-discovery.

Ms. Thomas leverages more than 20 years of experience to advise on patent infringement actions before the US International Trade Commission (ITC) and in district courts. She has supported more than 25 trials in multiple jurisdictions. 

Before her current role, Ms. Thomas was a litigation services supervising attorney at the firm.
