Amber Franklin advises clients on a full spectrum of matters involving US and international private investment funds, joint ventures, and other strategic relationships.
In addition to her fund work, Amber also advises sponsors on bespoke capital formation, capital preservation, and strategic acquisition and sale transactions, including: co-investment funds; permanent capital vehicles, evergreen funds, and open-ended managed accounts; joint ventures and other strategic partnerships.
Prior to re-joining the firm in October 2022, Amber worked in the corporate legal department of Warner Bros. and Warner Bros. Discovery. Amber was a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins from 1997 to 2006 and a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee for two years.
