Amber Franklin is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Franklin is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Franklin represents both private fund sponsors and investors in structuring, investing in, and operating a broad range of private investment funds, joint ventures, and other strategic relationships.
Prior to re-joining the firm in October 2022, Ms. Franklin worked in the corporate legal department of Warner Bros. and Warner Bros. Discovery. Ms. Franklin was a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins from 1997 to 2006 and a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee for two years.
