She brings extensive experience representing private equity funds, private credit funds, and major financial institutions in connection with complex financings, including cross-border transactions.
Before joining Latham, Amanda was special counsel at a leading US law firm. Prior to that, she was counsel at an Am Law 50 international law firm.
