Allison Kramer

Allison Kramer is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Kramer primarily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Ms. Kramer also represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in various corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kramer spent several years working in the London and New York offices of a US law firm. She also worked as strategic projects manager of a healthcare technology startup in New York.
