Ms. In serves as chair of the Communications Committee for the Korean-American Bar Association of Washington, D.C. She also served as vice chair of the Climate Change, Sustainable Development, and Ecosystems Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (ABA SEER), as well as vice chair of ABA SEER’s Pesticides, Chemical Regulation, and Right-to-Know Committee.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. In was a senior associate at another large law firm in Washington, D.C., where she advised clients in the automotive, energy, retail commerce, and manufacturing sectors on environmental and safety matters. Before that, she was a law clerk in the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics and clerked for an international law firm in Seoul, South Korea.
