Latham & Watkins Represents SLB in Acquisition of ChampionX Corporation

A multidisciplinary team is advising SLB, a global technology company, in the all-stock transaction.

SLB (NYSE: SLB) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire ChampionX Corporation (NASDAQ: CHX) in an all-stock transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, ChampionX shareholders will receive 0.735 shares of SLB common stock in exchange for each ChampionX share.
