Allison Mileo Gorsuch, a former trial attorney in the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, defends sophisticated clients in antitrust litigation and investigations.
Allison draws on extensive experience in private practice and as a federal antitrust prosecutor to represent clients in both civil and criminal litigation and investigations involving:
- Monopolization
- Cartels
- Collusion
- Fraud
- Leniency applications
She anticipates how plaintiffs and enforcers bring cases to craft persuasive strategies for clients across industries and jurisdictions, helping to ensure optimal resolutions. In recognition of her work as a prosecutor, she was honored with the Antitrust Division’s Award of Distinction.
Allison has played an active role across the antitrust bar, having advised over one hundred procurement officials on anti-collusion measures, taught multiple workshops for federal law enforcement on how to investigate procurement collusion and fraud, and worked with multiple international enforcement agencies and anti-fraud working groups.
After law school, she clerked for Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on the District of Connecticut and for Judge Christopher F. Droney on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the Antitrust Division, she was an associate at a litigation boutique.
Outside of her work for clients, Allison serves on the boards of two nonprofits: Wicker Park Lutheran Building Friends, a historical preservation group, and the JAM Time Back Fund, which works to supports Reentry Court graduates in the District of Connecticut. Prior to law school, she received a PhD in American history.
