• DAZN, a world-leading sports entertainment platform, on the acquisition of Foxtel Group, one of Australia's leading media companies, from News Corp and Telstra at an enterprise value of US$2.2 billion
• L Catterton on a minority investment for an enterprise value of £1.5 billion in the Value Retail group, which owns and operates luxury retail shopping outlets globally, including Bicester Village in the UK
• One of the largest automotive group retailers, Lithia Motors, Inc., in the United States on (i) a c. £400 million acquisition of the UK motor and leasing business of a UK premium listed company which will be a pureplay digital media services SaaS business, (ii) a joint venture; and (iii) a £30 million subscription for shares, and subsequently, its sale of its 51 per cent. equity interest in such join venture
• L’Oreal on its acquisition of luxury cosmetics brand Aesop for US$2.5 billion
• Verisure (an H&F portfolio company) on its proposed acquisition of ADT Mexico, a Mexican affiliate of Johnson Controls, Inc.
• Whirlpool Corporation (Whirlpool) on its strategic joint venture with Arçelik A.Ş
• Warburg Pincus co-led group on non-redeemable series A preferred share financing for JD Property which was expected to raise c. US$700 million
• Hyve, an international organi z er of exhibitions and conferences, on the sale of its Indian business to Informa Markets India Private Limited
• PTTEP HK Holding Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), on its acquisition of Jadestone Energy’s 27.18% equity stake in APICO LLC, which holds a 35% non-operated participating interest in the Sinphuhorm gas field and a 100% participating interest in the Dong Mun gas discovery onshore Thailand
