Experience

Ali’s experience includes:

Representing sponsors in organizing, negotiating, and operating US and global investment funds, including buyout, debt, and other funds
Structuring and negotiating fund agreements, co-investment arrangements, and internal sponsor arrangements
Structuring and negotiating bespoke fund arrangements and liquidity transactions, such as separately managed accounts, preferred equity investments, and annex funds
Structuring and negotiating seed investments in managers and their funds and bespoke sponsor upper tier arrangements
Representing institutional investors on fund investments and related transactions
Ongoing representation of fund entities and their portfolio companies on general corporate transactional and governance matters
