Alexis Godfrey is a litigation and trial associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Alexis represents clients in a variety of complex business disputes and class actions in federal and state courts. She represents financial institutions, private limited partnerships, publicly traded companies, and individuals across a variety of industries, including healthcare, oil and gas, and consumer products. Alexis also represents clients in arbitration and mediation to resolve a variety of matters outside of litigation.
Alexis is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Prior to joining Latham, Alexis was a litigation associate at another leading international law firm. While in law school, Alexis was a member of The Tax Lawyer and worked as an admissions counselor for the Office of JD Admissions.

Alexis has also conducted an internal investigation on behalf of a privately held company concerning an employment matter.
