Alexis is committed to ensuring efficiency and accuracy in her practice by staying at the forefront of AI-assisted litigation, guiding her teams on the ethical application of emerging tools.

Alexis previously served on the Recruiting and Mentoring committees at the firm.

Before joining Latham, Alexis was a litigation associate at another leading international law firm. While in law school, she worked as an admissions counselor for the Office of JD Admissions.

Alexis’ experience includes representing:

  • An international software developer / SaaS provider in connection with an SEC litigation into allegations of securities fraud and selling unregistered securities, which was successfully resolved in 2025 without admitting or denying the allegations
  • A UK-based security-based swap dealer in connection with an SEC investigation of its compliance with US securities laws
  • Funko and its former CEO and CFO in obtaining a complete dismissal of securities fraud claims brought against them in the Western District of Washington, as well as Vroom in the dismissal of securities fraud claims in the Southern District of New York
  • Peloton Interactive in successfully defeating class certification and achieving a partial dismissal of claims in a high-profile consumer class action alleging false advertising
  • A magazine publisher in a federal class action alleging violations of a state privacy statute
  • Multiple public companies in securities class actions in federal courts
  • Privately held companies in internal investigations concerning employment matters
  • An artificial turf manufacturer in a consumer fraud class action lawsuit*
  • A medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing company to secure a complete defense verdict in a mass tort litigation relating to a consumer product the company produced*
  • An equipment financing company in a contract dispute over return provisions in a multi-million dollar lease for crude-oil railcars*
  • A global energy company in a billion-dollar complex commercial dispute, obtaining summary judgment and entitling the company to recover US$65 million pursuant to its counterclaim*
