Alexis Frese is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Finance Department.
Alexis advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and other credit borrowers and private credit lenders in various domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including cash flow/revenue-based term and revolving credit facilities, asset-based credit facilities, acquisition financings, direct loans, and refinancings and workouts of existing debt. She has represented clients in a number of industries, including entertainment, media, restaurant/hospitality, real estate, retail, personal care products, fintech, and solar energy.
Alexis has also worked with clients on individual and corporate advisory matters, including equity offerings, corporate governance, exploitation of intellectual property rights, and employment and consulting agreements. She also maintains a robust pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Latham, Alexis practiced in Philadelphia representing commercial banks, originators, and institutional investors in connection with ABL facilities, CLOs, and CMBS loans.
