Alexis Downe is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.

Mr. Downe deals with all aspects of corporate restructuring, insolvency, refinancing, distressed debt investments, and special situations work. He represents lenders, including banks, private equity firms and investment funds, as well as debtors, including directors, shareholders, and sponsors.

Mr. Downe has also been involved in leveraged finance, real estate finance, and debt capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Downe worked in the finance department of a leading international law firm in Paris.
