Alexandra Holmes advises clients across the energy industry on complex regulatory matters under the Federal Power Act, Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act, and Public Utility Holding Company Act.

Alex is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, specializing in Section 215 of the Federal Power Act.
