Alexander Perkowski is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Alexander graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School, where he worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant. Additionally, Alexander served as lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review and as treasurer for the William & Mary Moot Court team.

Prior to joining Latham, Alexander served as an intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Congress Enacts Changes to Outbound Investment Security Program
