Alexander Blom Vigsoe is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
Alexander advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.
Alexander holds a law degree from Lund University and an LLM from Stanford Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Economics & Business and was awarded the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in both Contracts: American Law and Securities Regulation.
