Alex Yudelson is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Alex represents individuals and companies across a variety of litigation matters, white collar defense, and government investigations. 

Alex maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of civil rights violations and individuals in asylum proceedings. 

Prior to joining Latham, Alex served in the White House as the Executive Secretary of the Domestic Policy Council. He also served as chief of staff for the City of Rochester, New York and as a policy advisor in the Obama White House. Alex was a summer associate in the Washington, DC office of Latham & Watkins. 

Alex earned his JD from Stanford Law School. While in law school, he assisted incarcerated individuals with understanding their legal rights as part of the Prisoner Legal Services pro bono project. He also worked as a legal extern at the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence.
