Alessandra Schaszberger is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. 

Ms. Schaszberger represents clients in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation. Her experience includes matters covering a range of technologies, such as medical devices, biologics, and software.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Schaszberger clerked for Judge Gregory B. Williams of the US District Court for the District of Delaware. She also externed for Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Schaszberger earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Food and Drug Law Journal. She also holds a BS in biomedical engineering from Columbia University.
