Aldrich is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Huang represents public, private, and emerging healthcare and life sciences companies in various transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and strategic licensing and collaborations.

Mr. Huang maintains an active pro bono practice, representing foreign human trafficking victims in applying for T-visa and adjustment of status.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Huang was a commercial and intellectual property litigator in China and the United States.
