Aeneas Nalbantis is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Nalbantis advises clients on corporate transactions, including private equity, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Nalbantis worked at the London office of a German law firm.
