Aditya Medicherla is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Aditya received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of Coif. While attending law school, Aditya was a managing editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. Aditya also holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Prior to law school, Aditya worked as a controls engineer and has extensive experience in industrial automation.
Before joining Latham, Aditya clerked for Judge David W. McKeague on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Aditya also served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit during fall 2023, and for Judge Ryan T. Holte of the United States Court of Federal Claims in summer 2022.
