Aditi Sharma is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Sharma is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice. She represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings.
Ms. Sharma received her LLM from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to attending Columbia, Ms. Sharma received her BA, LLB (Hons.) with First Class Honors from Gujarat National Law University. Ms. Sharma has previously worked as in-house counsel at ICICI Bank Limited.
