Adam Picker is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Picker represents public and private companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment grade and high-yield debt offerings.

Mr. Picker also advises clients on corporate governance issues, general corporate and securities law matters, and venture capital financings.
