Adam Deutsch is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Adam is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Israel Practice.

Adam advises both public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other general corporate matters. He also advises underwriters, initial purchasers, and issuers in capital markets transactions including public and private equity offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Adam was an associate at a leading international law firm where he focused on fund finance.

Adam's experience includes advising:

  • NeoGames, a provider of end-to-end iLottery and iGaming solutions, on its US$1.2 billion sale to Aristocrat Leisure
  • Enlight Renewable Energy, a global renewable energy platform, on its US$252 Million US IPO on Nasdaq
  • ironSource, an Israel-based software company that focuses on app monetization and distribution, on its US$4.4 billion merger with Unity Software
  • Citi, Barclays, and Jefferies as global coordinators and placing agents on Bank Leumi’s NIS2.75 billion capital raise
  • Camtek Ltd. (Nasdaq: CAMT; TASE: CAMT), a leading manufacturer of metrology and inspection equipment for the semiconductor industry, in the pricing of a private offering of US$175 million of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026
