Abby Jacobs

Ms. Jacobs represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of international and domestic financing transactions, including acquisition financings, secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, and asset-based and cash-flow lending facilities.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Jacobs was a finance associate at another international law firm based in New York.

While in law school, Ms. Jacobs was the Executive Notes Editor of the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review. She also served as the Professional Development and Events Chair of the Michigan Women’s Law Student Association.
